15 Hours Free Childcare
All 3 and 4-year-olds in England are entitled to 15 hours of free early education each week for 38 weeks of the year, from the term after their 3rd birthday.
Some of these children will be eligible for a further 15 hours per week.
For a three or four-year-old to be eligible for a further 15 hours of free early education, you and any partner must each expect to earn (on average) at least £120 per week (equivalent to 16 hours at the National Minimum or Living Wage), but less than £100,000 per year.
If you, or your partner, are on maternity, paternity or adoption leave, or are unable to work because of disability or are a carer, you could still be eligible.
